( In July and August the ‘Cottage’ only is not available for rent; Only the entire propery ) Oct., Nov. and Dec. : 350 euros per week. Additional information about rental rates One single person can ask for a discount ! Extra 30 euros, optional, for the ‘ end-of-stay’ cleaning. ( you may ofcourse choose to do this yourself ). A non-refundable 30% minimum deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. ‘O Monte ‘ Entire Property – max. 8 prs. + 2 babies. July and August : 1775 euros per week. Additional information about rental rates * An optional extra 100 euros for the end-of stay- cleaning.
